ESAB places emphasis on improved productivity at Essen exhibition

ESAB, the world leading supplier of welding and cutting equipment and consumables, is majoring on increased productivity solutions at the 2005 Schweissen & Schneiden at Essen (12-17 September).

Under the overall theme of “Profit from Productivity”, every exhibit on stand 1:202 has been selected for its ability to deliver cost-efficient, high performance benefits to user manufacturers and fabricators. That single qualification applies whether the product is a welding electrode or a fully automated fabrication system. This year the ESAB stand will be one of the largest at the show, with two stories covering 1169sq m.
The main ground level display area will have two distinct areas. The first will feature manual welding and cutting equipment and consumables that are typically sold through the extensive network of ESAB distributors. Welding and cutting demonstrations will include everything from the compact Caddy portable welding set and the PowerCut 875 manual plasma cutter, up to the latest AristoMig top of the range welding sets.

Across the stand’s second area will be ESAB’s automated solutions for cutting and welding. Using live demonstrations supported by digital audio visual aids. ESAB engineers will demonstrate high productivity solutions for automotive, wind turbine towers and other intensive production sectors within engineering and construction. Linking the two areas will be a novel walk through interactive exhibit, which will highlight the benefits and extensive range of ESAB’s Marathon Pac bulk delivery system for consumables.
